Preparing and maintaining patient files for monitoring and audit purposes by Cuban and Turkish public health authorities
Handling visa processes, flights, accommodation, translation, and transfer logistics for patients and companions
Fulfilling taxation and billing obligations per Turkish law
Concluding contracts with customers or their relatives and suppliers
Managing HR operations including payroll, insurance, and legal employment processes
Ensuring institutional security by obtaining background checks from employees

Requests for the deletion of personal data can be submitted by using the Personal Data Application Form provided by QBA Medi Tours. In the absence of a request, data will be deleted or anonymized after the following retention periods:
Employee data: Stored for 10 years following termination of employment
Customer, potential customer, and companion data: Stored for 10 years after the service ends
Supplier data: Stored for 10 years after contract termination

Identity and health information is shared with the Cuban Ministry of Health in order to obtain the eligibility of customers and potential customers for the health service they want to receive. Accommodation information of our customers whose treatment is approved is shared with the Cuban Ministry of Health.
The name, surname, contact, flight and hotel information of our customers are shared with the service providers who will provide guidance services in Cuba.
In order to complete the visa procedures of our customers, your identity, contact and health information is transferred to the consulates through contracted agencies.
The identity and health information declared during the preliminary application is transferred to the Translation and Interpreting Offices in order to ensure that the eligibility of the customers and potential customers for the health service they want to receive can be evaluated without any problems.
In order for the consultancy services to be carried out smoothly and the declared information to be given to the authorized institutions, including the Cuban Ministry of Health, your information is translated in translation offices.
Since the mail infrastructure of QBA Medi Tours is of German origin, the personal data of our citizens of the Republic of Turkey are considered to be transferred abroad. In this context, your explicit consent is requested for your personal data received via e-mail.
